Leeds is ready to welcome Popworld number two, opening its glittery doors above Queen’s Court. Friday 23rd November marks the beginning of a fun-packed launch weekend, starting with a VIP party between 7pm and 9pm and continue with street performers and free bottles of Cîroc for VIP booths on Friday and Saturday.

Since its sparkly beginnings in Southampton, the chain of pop-themed nightclubs has seen four years of incredible growth, forging a legendary status throughout the UK with their unforgettable nights of fun, laughter, nineties’ cheese and noughties’ nostalgia. With this second opening in Leeds, the brand will have 33 sites nationwide.

The new venue will host a drag themed night ‘Pop is a Drag’ every Thursday, PopFix Fridays and Pop Party Saturdays, as well as occasional live performances and the traditional inflatables, confetti and all round fun.

Customers can get the VIP experience with bookable booths and enjoy The Partini, Popworld’s signature sharer, or start their night with a poptastic cocktail masterclasses.

Jamie Rosenfeld, Brand Manager at Popworld said: “We are so excited to keep the party going in Leeds with this new Popworld in Lower Briggate, especially after the success of the first one in Millennium Square. We continue growing as a brand and throwing unforgettable parties across the UK.”
