The White Hart in Eltham recently hosted local MP Clive Efford for an afternoon, showcasing its stunning new look after a significant investment by the award-winning Craft Union Pub Company earlier this year.
Upon his arrival, Clive was warmly greeted by Operator Kirsty and the pub team, who have been welcoming back old and new faces alike since reopening the doors.
To kick off the visit, Mr Efford was given a grand tour of the newly revamped pub by Operator Kirsty, where he explained in detail the work carried out during the investment.
The renovation provided the local pub with a new lease of life and transformed it into the perfect destination for refreshments and a space to unwind and socialise. The pub now boasts a brand-new outdoor seating area, an extensive drinks menu with new products, an elevated sports offering with a brand-new pool table and darts board, and an extended bar.
Kirsty commented: “Having Clive visit us at the White Hart and showing him around was a real pleasure. His knowledge of the pub throughout the years was very interesting to listen to, and we loved discussing this new chapter with him. Our investment has really enhanced the customer experience, and we are thrilled to play a vital role in every guest’s visit.”
The White Hart offers a great range of entertainment throughout the week, bringing the local area together as well as offering friendly service for every customer who enters the pub. Clive was able to hear first-hand from customers who were in the pub at the time what they love about their local. Clive also got chatting with them about Millwall football club, as he is an avid supporter of the team!
Clive was keen to get behind the bar, where the pub team guided him in pulling a pint.
