Community pub in Reigate, the Red Cross Inn will be opening its doors on Thursday 1 February following a transformative £200,000 investment by the award-winning Craft Union Pub Company.
The grade II listed building has received works inside and out, providing the popular local venue with a fresh, new look and feel, whilst retaining its well-loved character and charm. Inside, the venue has received new fixtures and fittings, and decorative enhancements to offer guests a homely space to sit back and relax. The Red Cross Inn also has a beautiful outdoor area, with plenty of space to enjoy a drink and spend some time with all the family, including your children and four-legged friends.
During the investment, the pub has implemented a new extensive drinks menu, featuring a new range of drinks, including beers of Birra Moretti and Beavertown, real ales and an array of wines and spirits.
The Red Cross Inn has the perfect accompaniment for its drinks menu, in its brand-new weekly entertainment schedule. Monday nights are for all the music lovers in the community, as guests are encouraged to wear their favourite band merchandise in order for their songs to be played in the pub. Quiz nights will take place on Tuesday and Sunday nights, with Sundays focused on sport. Wednesday nights will welcome darts teams for weekly darts league games, and the weekend will be all about partying, with live music and DJ nights.
As well as hosting a range of entertainment for everyone to enjoy, the pub will also be screening live sports games on its HD Screens located around the pub, all installed with Sky Sports and TNT Sports. Also, you can participate in some friendly competition by playing some rounds of darts on the newly installed board.
At the helm of the Red Cross Inn, is Operator Andrew Kay who has a wealth of knowledge having been running pubs and bars for many years. Andrew has operated venues in both the UK and South Africa and is a huge sports enthusiast.

To celebrate the pub’s investment and reopening, Andrew and the team will be holding a Grand Launch Party from Friday 9 February to Sunday 11 February. Kicking the celebrations off on Friday from 7:30pm guests can expect a welcome from firebreathers and then an evening of live music from an ABBA tribute band, playing all the classics.
On Saturday from 2pm, the Six Nations matches will be screened during the day, and then the pub will be transformed for its party night. With music from a local DJ, you can party the night away with friends and family. Rounding off the weekend will be a day for the family with a magician and caricaturist, from 12pm on Sunday.
