This November one of the UK’s leading cocktail bars will be taking its training to the next level with the launch of the Be At One Bartending Academy ensuring that every trainee through the door will leave with a professional accredited certificate.
Already with a staunch reputation for both training and guest experience, the move will see Be At One become an accredited training company with Highfield Qualifications (Awarding Body of the year 2018). This follows hot on the heels of their recent accreditation with the World Flair Association, another first for their industry.
Headed up by a team of dedicated instructors, each trainee through the door will complete a series of assessments following a three-week extensive programme where they will be put through their paces across cocktail making, free pouring, product knowledge and WFA accredited flairing. Tasked with learning over 120 different cocktails, each budding bartender will also be taught everything from providing the best guest experiences to health and safety, including how to build mental resilience for the Hospitality industry.
