The Cricketers in Row Town, Addlestone has reopened following a £513,000 investment. With everything you would expect from a cosy traditional country pub, The Cricketers has been transformed with a new look and feel throughout.

A perfect foodie stop, the pub has reopened with a new menu full of delicious dishes, including pub classics of fish and chips and hearty pies. The pub’s Sunday Roasts are not to be missed either with unlimited roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings and gravy. Afternoon teas, which include a tasty selection of savoury and sweet treats, are also available every afternoon. All dishes are freshly cooked onsite by the pub’s chefs.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink too, the pub’s new drink list includes a wide selection of premium wines, beers and spirits, including a Gin of the Month showcasing the latest gin trends for guests to try.

This new innings at The Cricketers also sees a new addition to the management team at the pub, Martina Dordikov. Speaking on the investment, Martina said: “It’s an exciting time for myself and the team here at The Cricketers, with our lovely new look and delicious food offering, we have a lot to offer our guests, including their four-legged friends. I am excited to be joining the team here and am delighted to be working with Manager Hannah Samuelson and Head Chef Tom Hopkins, who many guests will recognise, having both been part of the pub’s senior management for a number of years. Their experience and expertise have been invaluable during the refurbishment.”

As well as their impressive food and drink offering the pub also has a host of entertainment on offer with Bingo on Tuesday nights, a Quiz night on Thursdays and live acoustic music from local artists on Saturday nights from 8pm.

Martina continued “The feedback during our reopening week has been fantastic and we’re really looking forward to the pub’s future. We’ve got a lot of great entertainment planned for the coming months at the pub, and I can’t wait to see our guests enjoying themselves here with us.
