The warm and welcoming King’s Head in Chingford is undergoing a £220,000 renovation and is set to open its doors this 6th December, just in time for Christmas festivities. The revamp is set to upgrade the local pub to provide a friendly and fresh space for all, along with a brand-new menu, premium range of local ales and a refurbished garden.
The fresh menu will boast a wide range of heart-warming dishes including Hog Roast Pie, Pork Belly and Beef Bourguignon along with 10 craft and local ales. Each month will also highlight a different Gin & Tonic, starting with Sipsmith Sloe Gin throughout December.
Customers can also enjoy a variety of daily deals including: Afternoon Tea for just £20, 50% off all pies on Mondays, Burgers for just £10 on Wednesdays, any dish from the grill for £7.99 on Thursday and your classic Sunday Dinner from £10.49 with limitless roasties, Yorkshire pudds and gravy!
General Manager, Dan Langhorne, and his team will be celebrating the opening with a launch party from 5pm – 7pm on the 7th December to show-off the refurbished pub, welcoming customers with a free glass of fizz and samples from the new menu.
Dan says: “We are so excited to relaunch of our brilliant, newly-refurbed venue for the people of Chingford. With a great menu and ales from nearby breweries, New River and Revolution, we are poised to provide the very best of what we are now for plus much more.”
