Jo Stevens, MP for Cardiff Central, recently visited the Slug and Lettuce on St Mary Street in Cardiff to mark its official re-opening following the completion of a significant £500,000 investment in the site.
During her visit, Stevens met General Manager, Mark Seaton and Area Manager, Jonathon Seed. She was given a tour of the venue and learnt about Stonegate’s apprenticeships, training and development schemes.
During her visit, Jo Stevens MP, said: “I am very impressed with what Stonegate has been doing in the city centre recently. I think that this venue [Slug and Lettuce Cardiff Central] will really help to raise the profile of St Mary Street which has seen some tough times in recent years.”
