Beloved Hertfordshire pub, The Bell, has reopened following a significant six-figure investment, with the renovations marking the beginning of the next chapter for the pub.
Originally closing at the beginning of February, the pub has changed back to its original name of The Bell, formerly the Snug Bar. The hard work over the past month has given the pub a new lease of life, allowing it to serve the people of Ware for many years to come.
The exterior of The Bell now boasts a striking blue and cream design, creating a welcoming and vibrant appearance. Inside, the bar counter has been reduced in size to increase the capacity and allow for greater footfall, ensuring more guests can enjoy the newly renovated space.
The interior updates include the addition of new tables, comfy chairs, and curtains, all selected to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere.
To enhance the pub’s audio experience, the pub has installed a state-of-the-art audio-visual system, featuring high-definition screens and surround sound, perfect for live sports events and entertainment.
The new dart board offers a professional standard for enthusiasts, inviting guests to come to The Bell to try and discover their inner Luke Littler.
Additionally, an advanced lighting system with adjustable settings has been installed to suit different moods and events, ensuring the perfect atmosphere throughout the day and night.
Popular with football fans, the pub is equipped with Sky Sports and TNT Sports, further enhancing the pub’s position as the go-to place to watch the big match in the Hertfordshire area with all the big matches on. The venue also has Sky Q, meaning the pub will broadcast football matches from multiple leagues for fans who want their EFL fix.
The Bell also boasts a fine selection of beers, ciders and wine, all at some of the most competitive price points in the area, as well as an extensive offering of no and low alcohol offerings, ensuring all guests are accommodated to.
Situated near walking spots, well-behaved dogs are welcome throughout, with this popular venue being a favourite among guests stopping by for a pint with their pet.
Regional Manager of The Bell, Josh Fox, said: “We are beyond thrilled to reopen our doors and welcome both new and returning guests to The Bell.
