Stonegate Group has launched a bespoke learning and development programme for Craft Union Pub Company. Part of Stonegate’s multi-awarding winning Albert’s Theory of Progression, this programme called Elevation is designed for Regional Managers giving them an internal personal and career development programme specifically designed to develop, elevate and enhance their skills and knowledge.
Elevation consists of five modules: Brilliant Coaching, Developing Brilliant Resilience, Brilliant Leadership, Delivering Brilliant Commercial Impact and The Brilliant Communicator. The programme consists of classroom-based development workshops, pre and post project work, personal development plans, social media communication groups and over 30 business toolkits.

Not only do pubs play a vital role in the lives of their customers but the teams and operators play such an important role in nurturing this. This programme gives our Regional Managers the extra support, skills and behaviours needed to continue this mission.”
This first cohort of Regional Managers sees 12 people start Elevation and is available across the whole Craft Union operations team.
