Over £350,000 aided this transformation. Flamboyant touches of draped hide throws compliment the weathered wooden walls and floors. Landscaped scenes of the ‘Garden City’ and action shots of ranchers and rodeo’s help create the contemporary, warm backdrop. Over 40 staff took part in a premium customer service training programme headed by a ‘local’ no less. Molly Smith, born and bred in Montana, took charge of ensuring all things authentic when it comes to good ‘ol American hospitality. 15 new jobs were created.
