Pub-goers in Ashby are in for a winter treat on Friday 16th November, when high-street pub The Bulls Head reopens, following a £300,000 investment.

 

With six new HDTVs around the venue, the pub is sure to be a hit with sports and games fans alike. Offering a welcoming and relaxed environment to spend time with friends and loved-ones, the pub will also provide a wide range of food and drinks, including craft ales, Doombar, 61 Deep and Bass. The outdoor area has been upgraded to be available all year round for lovely dinners, drinks and sports watching on the new garden screen.

 

The menu at The Bulls Head comes with pub classics as well as vegan and veggie specials and children’s meals, all served until 9pm. Every day of the week will see a new food and drink offer: discounted big plates on ‘Monday Club’; a burger and a drink on Tuesdays; Pie and a pint on Wednesdays; a grilled dish and a drink on Thursdays; any classic dish and a drink on Fridays; pick ‘n’ mix sharing dishes on Saturdays and the best Sunday Roasts to finish the week.

 

The pubs is also set to be a true hub for the local community, offering coffee and cake mornings every Tuesday, quiz nights on Thursdays and Open Mic on Sundays to keep everyone entertained.

 

General Manager, Nathan Chadderton will be celebrating the opening with a launch party from 5pm – 7pm on Friday 16th November, where new and existing customers will be welcomed with live acoustic acts and tasting canapes to show-off the new menu.
