Popular with students and locals alike, The Roper Hall in Preston will be reopening its doors on Friday 29th January following a £400k refurbishment.
The new look site which spans two floors offers three different spaces in which to either relax, dine or be entertained, ensuring the venue can continue to cater for all occasions and tastes. With street food influences and full-on flavours, dishes from mac and cheese to burgers can all be washed down with the latest selection of craft beers and cask ales. A wide selection of cocktails are also available ensuring there really is something for all tastes.
The new dedicated ‘Games Room’ will be ideal for customers who want to relax with friends whilst playing pool, air hockey and retro games. For those wishing to enjoy music there is everything from the unique interactive jukebox through to a specialised live music venue, ‘Dark Room’, the perfect late-night space in which to celebrate or dance the night away.
What’s more, the whole site will be equipped with free Wi-Fi and printing available for those looking for an easy-going workplace away from the library or office.
Daniel Hayes, General Manager at The Roper Hall, said: “We’re really excited to open the doors to the new Roper Hall and can’t wait to hear what everyone thinks of our new look – we know that a late night offering is really important to our customers and we want to keep up our reputation as the go-to place in Preston for a great night out. We also wanted to add something a little different with the ‘Games Room’ which we hope will be a popular choice for games nights with friends and colleagues alike. We’ll also be continuing our renowned sports screenings which we know will be even more important for 2016!”
