Popular bar and restaurant chain, Yates, has opened a brand new bar at Manchester’s famous Printworks this week, following a £410,000 refurbishment and the creation of 10 new jobs.
The venue, which has opened on the former Norwegian Blue site, has been given a complete makeover and will serve everything from great tasting cocktails to the finest craft ale, beer and lager. A new food menu serving mouth-watering dishes from breakfast through to dinner will also appeal to every pocket and palate.
The brand’s many sporting fans won’t be disappointed either as the first floor has been transformed into one of the best viewing experiences locally, with both BT and Sky Sports. The same space will transform as the evening progresses to act as a great party venue into the night, with regular promotions such as 2-for-1 cocktails, selected drinks from £1.50 and shots from £1.
Throughout the week, Yates Manchester Printworks will boast an array of offers and events, including GAME ON quiz nights on Mondays, pitchers and platters will be on offer for £9 on Tuesdays, and #VODKA nights on Wednesdays will see selected drinks available from £1.50. During PICK and MIX nights on Thursdays, customers will enjoy handcrafted vodka shots for £1 as well as a great range of 2-for-1 cocktails. Enjoy after work drinks during the Friday Social, with bottles of Prosecco for £15.95 and sharing platters for £10.25. Wind down the weekend with Sunday Sessions taking you through from breakfast to dinner with great value food deals and live sports shown all day.
Vince Williams, Head of Marketing at Yates, said: “The Printworks is an iconic venue in Manchester and we’re excited to be part of it. We’ve completely transformed the bar and we can’t wait to see what people think of our new look.
“Our decision to invest in a second bar in Manchester, and subsequently the creation of ten new jobs, demonstrates our commitment to the city and to giving residents a great place to socialise, both day and night.”
