The team at Yates’s in Bangor’s High Street celebrated their reopening on Thursday night following an investment of £50,000 which has seen the bar transformed just in time for Christmas celebrations.
Sam Johnson, the manager of Yates’s and his team at the bar welcomed guests to the new-look Yates’s with fire-eaters and stilt walkers.
“The feedback we’ve from customers has just been fantastic”, said Sam. “They love the new look as much as we do and it’s amazing to see the changes that have taken place in just three days. We’ve got new wood flooring which looks really smart along with a new colour scheme – £50,000 really does go a long way!
“Whilst all of the work was taking place, the team took part in training to ensure that our customer service is just as good as our fantastic new surrounding! We’re already one of the most visited bars in Bangor so I hope that our refurbishment and our warm welcome will attract even more customers over the festive period and beyond. Whether you’re looking for a bite to eat, a place to meet up with friends or somewhere to celebrate Yates’s is definitely the place to be.”
